We fully understand the importance of your commercial secrets, which is why we built the system according to the highest security standards:
No public training. We use enterprise-level professional APIs. Your data is never used to train global models like OpenAI or Deepgram. It stays within your private environment.
Temporary storage. We do not store your audio files long-term. The recording is uploaded, instantly transcribed, analyzed, and then automatically deleted. Only text summaries, scores, and recommendations are kept for your reports.
Data encryption. All information is transferred using secure protocols. Access to reports in Telegram is available only to you and your sales representatives via unique IDs.
Access control. I personally configure access for each company in the admin panel. If a client stops paying or decides to end cooperation, access is instantly disabled, and all data is deactivated.
