- You guarantee that you possess all necessary legal rights, permissions, and consents to record and process these calls in compliance with applicable legislation.
- SalesAuditor is not liable for the content of the conversations or for your compliance with laws regarding call recording.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
2. Disclaimers and Warranties- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SalesAuditor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service, nor do we guarantee specific commercial results.
- You may terminate your use of the service at any time.
3. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of SalesAuditor for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
