Customer: Any user of the SalesAuditor service
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legal and binding contract between the Provider and the Customer. By paying for any service plan, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1. Subject of the AgreementThe Provider agrees to grant the Customer access to the SalesAuditor SaaS platform for call analysis services, and the Customer agrees to accept and pay for these services in accordance with the terms herein.
2. Service Provision Procedure- Upon successful payment, the Customer is granted access to their personal user account.
- System setup and configuration shall be completed within one to five (1–5) business days.
- The services are deemed duly and fully provided from the moment access to the fully configured platform is granted to the Customer.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties- The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring complete compliance with all applicable local and international laws regarding call recording and data privacy.
- The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or alter the functionality and features of the service at any time.
4. Fees and Refund Policy- The one-time setup and configuration fee is strictly non-refundable.
- The subscription fee (recurring payment) may be refunded only upon a written request submitted by the Customer within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the service has not been initiated or rendered during this period.
5. Acceptance of the OfferPayment for any service plan or tariff on the website shall constitute full, irrevocable, and unconditional acceptance (acceptance of the offer) of all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
